what the registry holds
The Clearinghouse stores or verifies the provenance, integrity, metadata, cryptographic hashes and references necessary to trust a record — not every video, sensor file, proprietary software package or piece of raw evidence. Sensitive material stays with the party that holds it and is released under permission.
